- Refunds
We are not obliged to offer monetary refunds. We may offer a credit or replacement.
Should your item be faulty/damaged you will be offered a store credit.
- Cancelled Orders
If you have placed an order you will receive a refund minus 20% restocking fee so long as your order has not been created/made (ie candles). This restocking fee covers any banking/merchant fees we have paid for receiving your order, time it took to prepare/pack and the consumables used to do so..ie tape boxes bubblewrap paper ink etc.
There are absolutely no refunds for change of mind. Ie not strong enough, wrong fragrance, wrong item, don’t like it, doesn’t suit my decor etc. These are not reasons for a refund and do not make an item faulty. Choose carefully.
- Damaged Items
All items are checked for chips cracks and breakage before shipping, electricals are plugged in and tested. If you find your item does have damage/chip/crack etc please make contact within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to supply images of the damage. There will be no credits without proof of damage. You MUST supply images. This is non negotiable. Ensure the images are not blurry and clearly show the damage, preferably from various angles.
All goods are checked before you leave so please take care not to damage them accidentally. You will need to work with us to obtain a credit. You will need to send us photos of the damaged/broken/faulty item and/or return to us.
- Warranty
Electricals come with a limited 3 month store warranty. Warranty does not cover misuse or lack of care/cleaning. Diffusers that are blocked or dead due to lack of cleaning will not be replaced. You can purchase a new base instore for $15 + postage
- Wax
A melt that is the wrong fragrance or not strong enough or to too strong for your liking is not deemed faulty so please choose carefully. Some fragrances can cause issues with breathing. Please STOP using any fragrance that causes this.
- Return Costs
All costs to return an item are to be borne by the purchaser. We are not obliged to cover return postage costs or to refund shipping from your purchase. Kmart won’t refund you for petrol to take an item back, we do not refund shipping.

- Postage Insurance
Insurance covers you for LOSS of items in transit not damage. If something arrived broken you will need to supply proof by way of photos.
