You will receive an email from us with everything below and how to collect. Please don’t ignore the email.
We’re located on Plantation Road in Corio, not far from Herds.
Most days pick up is available between between 3.30pm and 8.30pm Weekends are by arrangement.
If you choose pick up please ensure you can collect within 14 days, if you don’t collect within 14 days it will be donated to GAWS.
Allow up to 5 days for your order to be processed, usually we have your items ready within 1-3 days but just in case allow 5.
Wait for the email notification that your order is ready as it contains a number to txt and the exact location.
When you get the email please txt us with your NAME and a couple times/ days that suit. Messaging me with “I can work around you” is not helpful. As stated above my times are flexible, let me know where within those times suit you.
For security we do not allow random walk ups to purchase. Like really, would you let some random person in your house?
